Before going into private practice, Sue worked as a senior physiotherapist at Southport General Hospital in orthopaedics, outpatients and spinal injuries. Sue has a wealth of experience in all musculoskeletal disorders and post-operative care. Sue has a special interest in shoulder injuries and neurological conditions, particularly stroke and MS patients.

Stephanie East MCSP

Chartered Physiotherapist / Acupuncturist

Prior to going in to private practice, Stephanie worked as an extended scope practitioner in rheumatology and other related conditions at the Royal Liverpool Hospital. She has a wealth of experience in all aspects of physiotherapy including musculo-skeletal disorders, rheumatology and whiplash injuries. Stephanie also has a special interest in acupuncture, which is used to complement the physiotherapy treatment where appropriate.

Elaine combines her physiotherapy skills with her knowledge as a swimming instructor to encourage exercise based therapy as a means to rehabilitate patients whatever their age or disability.

Maureen is an advanced Hypnotherapist and member of the corporation of Advanced Hypnotherapy, an elite group of therapists nationwide who have all done post graduate training. Maureen trained at KGH Hypnobirthing Instructor with Katherine Graves the leading hypnobirthing instructor who has trained midwives and established hypnobirthing training in the UK. With a background in mental health as an Occupational Therapist with 20 years o experience in the NHS, delivering stress management, and working with clients suffering with anxiety, phobias, stress and panic disorders. And an experienced person centred counsellor, trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, and emotional freedom techniques, she is able to draw on her vast knowledge and clinical experience to provide the best possible service to clients.

Keith has been a practicing Reiki master for five years. Having a space in Compass allows him to help people who are new to Reiki and to continue to add to their well being experience.

Reiki can be received by anyone, it opens up your chakras and allows the earths natural healing to flow into, and around the body to heal itself.

Reiki is non invasive and Keith will explain fully the procedure to his clients before he begins.
